Making a Return:
To inquire about returning the products you ordered, email us at support@balloons123.com. Include your order number, first and last name and reason for return. Do not refuse your shipment or send a return back to us without contacting us for approval first, so that we can provide you with the Return Authorization Number and correct return shipping address.
There is no fee for returns that involve defective items or our error.
Any authorized return for reasons other than defect or our error, such as buyer remorse, event cancelled, etc, will be accepted and credited for the products only. We do not refund shipping fees.
Do not refuse shipment or return items without first contacting us for authorization. A 50% handling charge will apply to any unauthorized return that is received. All claims of damage or shortage must be reported within 10 days of your receipt of the shipment. Goods damaged during transit are the responsibility of the carrier, but we'll be happy to assist you in filing a claim. Please retain the original packing materials as these may be required for inspection by the carrier's claims agent.
`If you did not receive your order, even though FedEx or UPS says it was delivered, you must inform us within 10 days of the date that FedEx or UPS states it was delivered so that we can file a timely claim, otherwise, no refunds for missing packages will be issued.
